1. To confirm your place on your Me Time Escapes retreat full payment must be made.

2. If Me Time Escapes postpones a retreat we’ll aim to reschedule the retreat to within twelve months of its original start date.

3. If Me Time Escapes cancels a retreat you will receive a full refund within seven calendar days of the cancellation.

4. Me Time Escapes is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled or postponed retreats, such as airline tickets, car rental, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness.

5. Me Time Escapes offers no refunds for cancellation or any change to booking by you for any reason, including injury, illness, or personal emergencies. Our cancellation policy will apply and no exceptions will be entertained.

7. If you are unable to attend your Me Time Escape retreat, your reservation is fully transferable to another female over the age of 18, for the same date and package, if advised 24 hours before retreat start time.

8. Me Time Escapes retains ownership of any photos or videos that it takes of you during your retreat. You consent to Me Time Escapes using these photos and videos for any purpose, including any marketing activity that we wish to undertake.

9. You confirm you are physically fit and have fully disclosed to Me Time Escapes your injuries and medical conditions that might affect your ability to participate in the retreat, including (but not limited to): heart conditions; epilepsy; pregnancy; bone disorders/dislocations; asthma; panic/anxiety attacks; recent sprains/muscular injuries; disabilities/physical impairment, DVT/blood clots, and any recent operations.

10. You acknowledge that if you currently have cancer or are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy you are advised not to have a massage or reflexology treatment.

11. Me Time Escapes requires a minimum number of guests to proceed with a retreat. If this is not reached our cancellation policy will apply (3. above). However, if you prefer we can transfer your booking to another available retreat of the same value.

12. Prices for our retreats are subject to change without notice.

13. The liability of Me Time Escapes is limited to the payment made to Me Time Escapes for the purchased retreat. You release, waive and indemnify Me Time Escapes from and against all claims, losses, damages or expenses (including without limitation legal costs) resulting from your participation in a Me Time Escapes retreat.

14. You agree to assume all responsibility for any personal injury, loss, damage to property, disruption to travel plans or indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, financial loss or loss of profit) arising as a result of or in connection with your participation in a retreat with Me Time Escapes.

15. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided by Me Time Escapes. However, we do not warrant and do not accept legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy of this information, and it is used at your own risk.

16. The law governing these terms and conditions is the law of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute between the parties.

17. Me Time Escapes may revise these terms of use at any time. Any such revisions take effect when this page is published.
